The Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA is recruiting a board-certified hematologist at the rank of Associate or Assistant Professor.  This position will provide professional medical management and consultation as a physician member of The Emory Clinic, primarily at the Emory University Hospital Midtown campus in the areas of classical/benign hematology.  Preferred candidates will have significant successful experience and also have an interest in services to patients in the Grady Health System with sickle cell anemia. Along with medical services, responsibilities include teaching students, residents, and fellows, providing services to cancer patients as applicable, and conducting clinical investigation, all as a collaborative member of the Emory medical staff team and the Winship Cancer Institute.

Additional Details

Candidates for this position should be Board Certified or Board eligible, and eligible for licensure in Georgia. Successful applicants will demonstrate academic scholarship in addition to a strong clinical background.
