JOB DESCRIPTION: Serves as an academic lead for the MBA for Working Professional programs, which includes the Evening, Weekend and Modular MBA programs. Provides a level of service that MBA for Working Professional students need as they balance demanding work, school, and personal schedules. Coordinates program curriculum, academic advising, and co-curricular activities. Works with departments to expand educational resources for students and faculty. Monitors students' grades and coordinates tutoring or counseling assistance. Provides academic guidance for orientation, program immersions, and co-curricular activities. Participates in the accreditation process. Provides academic support to faculty for their courses. May provide instructional design support. Serves as a liaison and facilitator among the school's faculty, students, and administration to resolve administrative or curriculum related issues. May supervise staff and participate in the hiring of new employees. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in business administration, a liberal arts discipline or a related field and five years of experience in student affairs, advising, registration, financial aid, or related field, OR an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. Familiarity with CANVAS, Study.net, OPUS, Webex, and other education technology platforms is preferred.
