Coordinates and leads the development and maintenance of ServiceNow. Consults with Process Owners and customers to understand business problems and develops technical solutions. Provides technical expertise on applications, technical tools, integrations and software interfaces for the ServiceNow platform. Provides technical direction to customers and support staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Eight years of information technology experience OR a bachelor's degree and six years of information technology experience. Positions in this classification may require a knowledge of one or more programming languages and/or a knowledge of an application and application tools.

  • Integration experience with web services utilizing XML. HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and REST/SOAP highly preferred.

  • Advanced experience in one or more scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Perl, AngularJS or Jelly preferred.
